To create a safe, trustworthy, friendly online environment as well as mitigate and
eliminate physical, mental, financial damages as much as practical, we (Endurra
Technology Company Limited) develop a set of Community Standards (“Standards”) that give
Users rules and standards for using News Coverage Platform. These Standards apply to every
Users and relevant features on News Coverage Platform during using our Services. We evolve
them to address emerging risks and potential harms that may occur from new behaviors
from Users. Any glossaries that are not defined herein will have the meaning ascribed to
them in our Terms of Services (“ToS”).
Our approach to Content will be accessed basing on basic rules:
1. Age-classified mature content: Content will be classified upon User’s age.
2. Violated content to be removed: Content that breaks these Standards will be
removed.
3. Being civil, humble, and kind User: behave and react in a polite, modest, and
gentle manner to other Uers in any and/or all circumstances, a way that you
would want to be treated.
4. Empower community to cleanse annoyance, harassment with information, tools,
and resources.
Regulated Goods and Services
To comply with all relevant applicable laws, age-targeting restrictions, laws, and
regulations, we hereby set the specific rules on certain goods and/or services that
might be contained in Content on News Coverage Platform, we do not allow, neither any of
followings:
1. Display or promotion of gambling services under any manner.
2. Showing or promoting or trading any kind of drugs, alcohol and/or tobacco
products; showing, promoting any possessing, or consuming any of these products
thereof.
3. Trading, showing, or promoting of firearms, explosive weapons and/or any kind
of weapons.
4. Trading, showing or promoting of any other high-risk goods and/or services
including but not limited to regulated substances, dangerous weapons, sexual
items and/or services, animals (whether live or dead, whole or part of
endangered or wild animal or any products or medicine made from elephant ivory,
tiger bones, rhino horns, sea turtle shells), counterfeit goods, fake currency
and/or any sensitive items, services that promotes hate speech, hateful
ideologies, or hateful organizations.
5. Showing, promoting, or trading any kind of goods/services to defraud, swindle
or deceive any Users under any manner.
Violated Content
To build a community of safety in both physicality and mentality on News Coverage
Platform, we request the Users’ behaviour is rectitude, respectful and civilized. We do
not allow neither of the followings:
1. Any Content showing violent threat, incitement to violence, threats that could
lead to death (or any form of high-severity violence), promotion of any criminal
activities that may harms people (regardless of age), animals, or property; any
Content showing gory, gruesome, disturbing, bloody items that might cause
psychological harm, discomfort.
2. Any detestable Content showing behaviour or promotion of hateful ideologies in
whatsoever manner, including content that attacks a person or group including
but not limited to caste, ethnicity, nationality, race, religion, tribe,
immigration status, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability,
serious disease and/or any other kind of discrimination against individuals
based upon their protected attributes.
3. Any Content showing or any attempt to search Content showing any youth
exploitation or abuse including child sexual abuse, nudity, grooming,
sextortion, solicitation, pedophilia, and physical or psychological abuse of
young people whether such Content is real, fictional, digitally created, or fine
art or objects.
4. Any Content showing or promoting sexual exploitation or gender-based violence,
including sexual activities, image-based sexual abuse, sextortion, physical
abuse, sexual harassment, seductive performance or allusions to sexual activity
or the use of explicit narratives by anyone.
5. Any Content showing or promotion of human exploitation including trafficking and
smuggling whether human trafficking or human organs.
6. Any Content showing or promotion of language or behaviour that harasses,
humiliates, intimidates or doxxes anyone.
7. Any Content showing, promoting, or sharing plans for suicide or self-harm under
any kind; any Content showing or promoting disorder eating or any dangerous
weight loss behaviours.
8. Any Content showing or promoting any kind of dangerous activities or
challenges.
9. Any Content showing or promoting any kind of sexual activity or services; any
Content showing or promoting nudity or any kind of uncovered body exposure that
may be provocative, sexually tempting including uncovered genitals, buttocks,
female nipples, and areolas, sex toys. Sheer or partially see-through clothing
is also deemed uncovered.
10. Any Content showing or leading to any link/connection: a) having different
domains between the shared domain and actual domain; b) promising a content but
the actual content is different; c) leading to domain/address of fake
organization or company; d) leading to a domain that violates applicable laws
and/or these Standards, ToS or Privacy Policy.
11. Any Content showing or promoting any kind of animal abuse, cruelty, neglect,
trade, or other forms of exploitation of animal.
12. Any other Content that we, at our discretion, assess and determine as violated
any applicable laws, our rules and/or these Standards and/or as inappropriate to
be displayed on News Coverage Platform.
